Sleeping Schedule

I was wondering what everyone's sleep schedule is since I'm very tired as I'm typing this and its only 8:03 PM but I think its because I've been listening to Cameron and Lunavis talk for an hour straight about something I don't understand. Please comment when you usually go to sleep and when you wake up I'm very curious. I'll be looking at these once I wake up from my 10 hour nap. :)

i always go to sleep at around 12:30 and I always make sure i wake up at 8:30 every morning even on the weekend. the biggest problem i have nowadays though is actually getting out of bed idk how to fix that one

I’ve been sleeping from 2 am to either 7 or 8 am
Damn I don't think that's very healthy for ya bub.

I sleep at midnight usually and wake up at 8 or 8:30. I did have a crazy schedule during school where I went to bed at 8pm and woke up at 4am in the morning. It actually worked great because I'd get all homework finished before 8pm and then wake up at 4am and play video games for 3 hours until it was time for school.

Well I mean like I’m still getting 6-7 hours of sleep, that’s like average.

You said 2am to 7 or 8 am which means you either get 5 or 6 hours of sleep. 7 is the least amount recommended. It does depend on the person though and I suppose you could get used to it but don't you feel like shit all today? Usually when I get that amount of sleep or even less(during school finals) I get a really really heavy migraine.

i think i get too much sleep and somehow when I wake up after 9-10 hours of sleep im still tired

I know this is a Sleep Schedule thread but I honestly despise sleeping. Why can't we just be awake all the time? It feels like a defect to me and I'm always thinking about everything that could be done in the hours we spend completely paralyzed. It's super annoying too because I can't find the sweet spot where I haven't slept too much but also haven't slept too less. Because either of those will cause you to wake up feeling like absolute shit. I feel like I spent all four high school years trying to get a good sleep schedule down and still haven't succeeded. The current schedule just might work considering none of my college freshmen year classes are in the morning so I'm excited for that.

bro you bugging sleep is amazing, in highschool i would either skip or sleep all the time and still get A*s and A's on my GCEs idk how you could hate sleep it's literally the most relaxing and best thing 🤨

I work 7am to 5pm on weekdays so I'm usually in bed by 11pm.
Work gets me feeling like an old man with that shit so I'm normally up till 3am on the weekend.
